The Behavior Chain Analysis is a problem-solving strategy used in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This strategy is helpful for therapists and clients in breaking down problem behaviors and identifying solutions that are more effective and in line with long-term goals. This workshop will offer an overview of the BCA process and opportunities for practice.
