Choices has partnered with the National Educational Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder (NEA-BPD) to offer a FREE 12-week Family Connections workshop near Pasadena, CA for friends and families of those struggling with emotion dysregulation disorders, such as borderline personality disorder. This is a psychoeducational support group for the caregivers and loved ones to offer strength, understanding, and information to those who spend their lives caring for others who struggle with extreme emotions.

Note: Space is limited and registration is first come, first serve. This workshop is NOT open to people who suffer from BPD or other emotion dysregulation disorders, only to family members and close friends. A voluntary $50 donation is requested.
